Casey Anthony will have to appear in court once again, taking her familiar place in the defendant's seat after being subpoenaed in a character defamation case. Anthony, who was acquitted in 2011 of her daughter Caylee's murder, originally blamed the girl's disappearance on a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez. Now the real Zenaida Gonzalez wants Anthony to face the consequences for reportedly ruining her life. Anthony has been in hiding since being released from jail last July; her attorney will accept the subpoena on her behalf, which means the general public won't be Web-mapping her whereabouts anytime soon. "Ms. Gonzalez is happy to hear that Casey Anthony finally will be held accountable," Gonzalez's attorney said.
